One plan.
Everything included.

We did think about having VaultHQ, VaultHQ Pro, maybe even a VaultHQ Super-Duper-Business-Ultimate if we really got carried away.

Then we thought… why?

We don't want you staring at a pricing table trying to work out whether approving holiday is included in your plan, or discovering the feature you actually wanted is locked behind another £30 a month.

So we've kept it simple.

You get VaultHQ. All of it.

How many active employees?

10 employees
1100
employees
Enter 101 or more. For 1–100, use the slider.

You pay for the people you actually have.

Only active profiles marked as billable count. Suspend or archive someone and they stop counting. VaultHQ’s own accounts are never counted.

Example: eight accounts. Five active billable employees count. One suspended person, one archived person and one VaultHQ support account do not count. Five times £1.20 is £6.00 a month.

No Basic. No Pro.
No feature gates.

Rotas, Smart Cover, leave, attendance, compliance, departments and staff management — every feature we build as part of the core VaultHQ platform is yours.

Because useful software shouldn't become another ridiculous monthly bill.

VaultHQ is supposed to save organisations money and time. We're building something teams can use every day, across their whole workforce, without having to decide which features they can afford to switch on.

Smart Cover shouldn't be a premium feature.

Compliance shouldn't be a premium feature.

Being able to actually use the software you pay for definitely shouldn't be a premium feature.

So everyone gets everything.

You'll get that too.

VaultHQ will keep growing, improving and getting smarter. We're not interested in making a useful new button and immediately sticking a padlock on it with “Upgrade to Pro to use this feature.”

If it's part of the core VaultHQ platform, it's part of VaultHQ.

Simple.

Well… technically there is a little multiplication involved.

£1.20 × your active employees = your monthly price.

That's about as complicated as we're willing to make it. One platform. One price. The whole VaultHQ. Who counts as an active employee?
